The Trakala Lab joined the department of Genetics at MD Anderson in November 2024 and is currently recruiting motivated research assistants, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.

Postdoctoral applicants with a recent Ph.D. in cancer biology or immunology who are interested in the lab should email Dr. Marianna Trakala with the following:

1. Cover letter detailing your career objectives and research interests
2. CV with a selected publication list (max 3 pages)
3. Names of three references

Graduate students generally enter through the . If you are a current graduate school student interested in rotating, please email Dr. Trakala.

Undergraduates who are interested in working in the lab should email Dr. Trakala with their CV and a summary of research interests. Ideally, we expect a long-term commitment of a research project, at least one academic year and a summer.
