Our lab aims to develop next-generation cancer immunotherapies that are both more effective and better tolerated. We focus on understanding the mechanisms of T cell regulation in tumors and non-malignant tissues, with particular attention to how immune architecture and cellular context influence therapeutic outcomes. By integrating immunogenomics, spatial profiling and rational antibody design, we seek to identify novel therapeutic targets, refine co-stimulatory strategies and define biomarkers that guide precision immunotherapy.
