Life in the Lab
The members of the Allison lab work hard in the lab, where they employ cutting edge research approaches, such as CyTOF and single-cell sequencing to answer pressing questions in basic and tumor immunology. They also enjoy their time out of the lab, particularly for a good cause, as can be seen from the photos from the Checkmates¡¯ concert at Firehouse Saloon which raised money for Halo House. Comprised of a number of local immunologists, the band features Jim Allison, Ph.D., on harmonica and even a special guest appearance. . Many past and present lab members and valuable collaborators assembled in Stockholm in December to celebrate the accomplishments of Dr. Allison.
