Held at Rancho Verde in Breckenridge, Texas, Polo on the Prairie is more than just a polo match. It is a multifaceted experience that attracts polo players from across the U.S. and abroad, Grammy-winning country music stars and UT MD Anderson Cancer Center supporters of all ages to stomp a few divots, dine, dance and raise money for a worthy cause.  

Celebrating 40 years, Polo on the Prairie is UT MD Anderson¡¯s longest-running fundraising event and has raised more than $13 million for numerous programs, including Chaplaincy, myCancerConnection, Patient Navigation and many other initiatives that elevate UT MD Anderson¡¯s mission to end cancer.  

In 2026, Polo on the Prairie benefited UT MD Anderson¡¯s Patient Navigation Program, which helps guide patients through care coordination.
